Bomb Recipes
Bomb AF Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Idaho Potatoes cut in wedges
- Olive Oil
- as much Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning as you want!
Instructions:
- Pre-heat your oven for 375 degrees
- Wash your potatoes and cut them into wedges
- Place your potatoes in a bowl and pour 3 TBSPS of olive oil all over them
- Sprinkle all the Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning your heart can handle over the potatoes
- With your hands mix and makes sure the wedges are coated well in olive oil and seasoning
- Place on a large baking sheet (be sure not to crowd) and play in the oven. Occasionally flip the potatoes for desired crispiness!
Bomb-Diggity
Philly Cheesesteak Egg rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 package of egg roll wrappers
- 1 lb thinly sliced top sirloin steak
- 1 container of baby bella mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 TBSP Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 lb shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1/4 lb slice provolone cheese
Instructions:
- Add 2 TBSP of olive oil to a pan and sauté your onions and peppers. After bout 2 minutes, add your mushrooms. After about 2 minutes, remove veggies for your pan and place to the side.
- In that same pan, add your sirloin steak. Add 1 TBSP Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning to the meat and cook until you do not see pink. Place the meat in the same bowl as the veggies, mix together and allow it to cool.
- Once cooled, on a clean surface, lay out your egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape and place the mixture of meat and veggies towards the top of the diamond . Then place in a bit of mozzarella and provolone cheese.
- Tightly wrap and seal with a bit of warm water
- Fry until golden brown and enjoy hot! Dip into a marinara or cheese sauce!
Chicka Chicka Bomb Bomb
Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of Chicken Wings
- 3 Cups of AP Flour
- 3/4 Cup of Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning
- Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
- We are doing this the old school way! Get a plastic or paper bag. Add the flour and seasoning into the bag and shake it up.
- In batches add a few wings into the bag, shake well and then fry to a crispy golden brown.
- As soon as the wings come out of the oil, place them on a draining pain and sprinkle a bit more Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning while hot!
Mini Beef Bombs
- Servings: 8 bombs
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 can flaky biscuits
- ½ lb cheese of your choice (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
- ½ stick butter, melted
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. When almost cooked, add diced onion and cook 3 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Bomb Chica Seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pop open the biscuit can (brace yourself!), roll each biscuit out flat, and spoon in the beef mix with a bit of cheese.
- Seal tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with more Bomb Chica Seasoning and Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with warm tomato sauce or ketchup. Boom — beefy bliss achieved!
One-Pan Beef Gnocchi
- Servings: 4
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
- Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped (or the whole bulb if you dare)
- 4 tbsp Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1 (12 oz) can diced tomatoes
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef until nearly cooked.
- Add diced onion and cook 3 minutes, then toss in garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add potato gnocchi directly to the pan — no boiling needed!
- Season with Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning and pour in beef broth. Simmer 2 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, stir, then mix in the heavy cream.
- Cook another 2 minutes, sprinkle in Parmesan, and stir until creamy and dreamy.
- Garnish with basil and extra Parmesan. Grab a fork and dive in!
Chicken Vesuvio
- Servings: 4
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 25 minutes
- Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin in half
- 2 tbsp Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided (2 tbsp + 1 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 5–6 medium potatoes, diced into chunks
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 5–6 cloves garlic, chopped (or the whole bulb if you’re feeling bold)
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (or more if you like it spicy)
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1½ cups chicken broth
- 1 (8 oz) can sweet peas, drained
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Flat-leaf parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally. Season both sides generously with Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning.
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and butter, sear each side 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.In the same pan, add diced potatoes and cook 5–6 minutes until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp more olive oil if needed.
- Add diced onion and cook 2 minutes, then add garlic and red chili flakes. Stir until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine, scraping up browned bits, and let alcohol cook off 2 minutes.
- Add chicken broth, simmer 2 minutes, then add drained sweet peas.
- Squeeze in lemon juice, return chicken to pan, cover, and cook 3 more minutes.
- Garnish with chopped flat parsley and serve straight from the pan. Delicious!
Creamy Sausage Pasta
A creamy, cozy, flavor-bomb pasta that comes together fast and disappears even faster. Perfect for weeknights, date nights, or “I deserve something delicious” nights.
- Prep Time: 10 minutes

- Total Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 box pasta of your choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb Italian pork sausage or turkey sausage
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic (or the whole bulb—live your truth), minced
- 2 tbsp Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Boil the Noodles Like a Boss Bring a big pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add your pasta and cook until gloriously al dente—soft but still with a little attitude.
- Sizzle That Sausage Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausage and break it up like you mean it. Cook about 5 minutes until browned and smelling outrageous.
- Onion Time Add the diced onion and cook for about 3 minutes, until it’s glossy and giving “I’m ready for my close-up.” Sprinkle in the Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning, then stir in the garlic.
- Creamy Dreamy Moment Pour in the heavy cream and bring the pan to a gentle simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until it melts into the silkiest, most irresistible sauce.
- Bring It All Together Add your cooked pasta to the pan. Ladle in some pasta water—aka liquid gold—and mix until everything comes together in saucy perfection.
- Finish With Flair Garnish with fresh parsley like the culinary superstar you are and serve immediately.
Pepperoni Pizza Dip
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 2-8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp (or more—follow your heart) Bomb Chica All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 (5-oz) bags Hormel Pepperoni Minis
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- Fresh basil, chiffonade for garnish
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, use a hand or stand mixer to whip together the cream cheese, one cup of mozzarella, parmesan, and Bomb Chica seasoning. Mix until it’s smoother than your best pickup line.
- Heat a nonstick pan and sauté those pepperoni minis until they get a little crispy attitude.
- Add everything to your slow cooker. Pour in the diced tomatoes and give it all a good stir—like you mean it.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of mozzarella on top because… obviously.
- Cook on LOW for 1 hour. Garnish with basil and serve with crostini or crackers. Watch it disappear faster than you can say “pizza dip.”
Belize Potatoes
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (seeds optional)
- 3 tbsp Bomb Chica All-Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tsp jerk seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ½ cup water
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Don’t skip this. Cold ovens are for amateurs. -
Prep the potatoes.
Cut them in half, then slice them. -
Slice the onion.
Cut it in half, then into thin slices. Try not to cry—this dish is supposed to be delicious, not emotional. -
Handle the jalapeño.
Slice it up into chunks. Seeds in if you want heat, seeds out if you’re pretending to be basic today. -
Season generously.
Add all the seasonings. Yes, all of them. This is Belize Potatoes, not “bland side dish.” -
Add the water.
Pour it evenly over the top so everything stays juicy and happy. -
Cover & bake.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40–45 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and smelling illegal.
